2026 Applications In the Mail

As is tradition, we dropped application letters in the mail today! Keep an eye on your mailbox. Please return them as quickly as possible, as the show does fill up fast.

That being said, there are always last-minute openings due to travel complications and health issues. We will maintain a waitlist.

The 2026 Kalamazoo Living History Show is March 21-22! Applications are in the mail NOW, expect them anyday!

Table and booth fees are the same, and they haven't increased since 2011. 15 years without an increase! NEW VENDORS ARE WELCOME TO APPLY. Simply email us your mailing address.

IMPORTANT $$$$$$ REMINDER- PRIOR vendors who register by 12/30 may take a 10% discount on fees IF their registration is postmarked by 12/30.

This will hopefully give vendors a financial break and will help us corral the paperwork in plenty of time to plan the show's layout. The 10% discount doesn't apply to non-profits that register, as non-profits already receive a 20% discount.
