Request Vendor Information

If you’d like to be a vendor at our show, please fill out this form to be added to our vendor database.

Show rules and applications are mailed out shortly after Thanksgiving using the information from our vendor database.

Tables and space are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you are already a vendor or have been in the past, we have your information. Please do not resubmit your information.
If you did not receive an application last year, please contact us and we will make sure your information is up to date.
